EA Rugby 2009

I have been getting many requests from Rugby fans for Rugby 2009. Unfortunately EA Sports has not released one for this year. There is a lot of misinformation on the internet regarding the release of rugby 2009.

‘Rugby 09 will be released September 2008. First Testing Evaluation Copy (DEMO) will be out August and if you own a PS3 can be downloaded of the website us.playstation.com’

I couldnt agree more! I play EA rugby every day it is awesome! I doubt that EA will do anything until 2011 when the next worldcup comes round.

I have to agree with him on this one, EA Sports only invest in game series that make money. Hopefully there will be a Rugby 2010 to makeup for Rugby 2009 but i doubt it, no news as of yet.

If a new rugby game is under development you can find out from the EA’s game developers at http://www.hb-studios.com/.

Here’s an actual email from EA sports i found.

“Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.
