I couldnt agree more! I play EA rugby every day it is awesome! I doubt that EA will do anything until 2011 when the next worldcup comes round.

I have to agree with him on this one, EA Sports only invest in game series that make money. Hopefully there will be a Rugby 2010 to makeup for Rugby 2009 but i doubt it, no news as of yet.

If a new rugby game is under development you can find out from the EA’s game developers at http://www.hb-studios.com/.

Rugby 2006 is an earlier release of EA Rugby 08 with all the tournament features, star player and set plays. I recommend you go for 08 as it is a much more better game but this game still is one of the popular Rugby games out there.

The game has improved on the original through the game play with improved AI, comprehensive stats, improved graphics. The greatest feature that stands out is its online multiplayer ability for four players. Definately a game to get for Rugby League fans.

World Championship Rugby

The creators of all time classic Jonah Lomu Rugby have not us down with the PS2 version with improved graphics and realistic. Once you get the hang of it on the harder levels it feels like your on the field working for the win. Great fun and a challenge!
